The Down Rally is Organised & Promoted by Rathfriland Motor Club & Ballynahinch & District Motor Club. Both Clubs are affiliated to the the Association Of Northern Ireland Car Clubs (ANICC) and are registered with the Motorsports UK, the UK Motorsport governing body.
